Refund policy

Thanks for shopping Diamond Ridge Industrial Tools!  While we make every effort to ensure a great shopping experience, please review our return and refund policy below.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with included labeling, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, or if you have questions regarding a product, please contact us at sales@dritools.com.  For return requests, include your account information, order number, and product part number with your inquiry.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as hazardous materials, custom production goods, refurbished / remanufactured products, closeout / discontinued products, and special-order / non-stocked items. Feel free to connect with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on store credit or gift cards.

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our online business, any exchanges for a different item will be managed through a refund on the prior purchase, and a new purchase of the desired item. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please be advised, your bank or credit card company may have processing periods for refunds to settle and post.
